Our deepest condolences to the entire Cook family. We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of such a wonderfully kind, lovely and caring lady. I first met Barb as my sons spoke of this lovely caring woman who was a cook at their elementary school. One of the boys had gone to her home during Coggon garage sale days and I just remembered how proud and happy he was that Barb helped him pick out and buy a piece of her costume jewelry and it was the very first gift he was able to buy me all by himself for my birthday and mother's day! Barb was always so kind and caring to my kids as well as all the little ones she met. I met her and Don again as they came into the restaurant either lunch or Friday night buffet or Prime rib dinner, Don.always with his jokes and grand entrance of a big HELLO to everyone and Barb always so classy they were a perfect match and you could see the love the had for each other! I can see Don greeting Barb as they reunited after so many years and she is reunited by her son and all those she's loved and missed who went before her, them. Barb left an impression on all who were blessed to meet and know her and she will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered for her kind and caring heart and beautiful smile! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May you find peace and comfort in God and each other during these difficult times.🙏❤️ Deb Klein-Glessner and family

Barb will truly be missed. She always made us feel part of the family when we saw her at family parties or at the Zion Church. Cherish the memories you had with her! Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. Sara and Bryan Doyl.

Such a loss... Sincere condolences to the family... A wonderful woman, her life a model of kindness and positivity....GOD BLESS YOU Barb....RIP

I'm deeply saddened to hear of Barb's death. I first met her when I served as a student pastor at Zion from 2011-2012 and we remained friends these last 14 years. I will miss her smile that could brighten any room, her infectious laughter, her gentle nature and warm embraces. I was blessed to call her one of my "extra Grandma's" and will miss her terribly. I will be holding her family and close friends in my prayers as you mourn her loss and celebrate a life will lived.

Very sorry to hear about your mom. She was a very sweet person. May your wonderful memories of her help get you through this difficult time.

Your Mom was one of the very sweetest ladies I have ever met! She never failed to put a smile on a person's face when she met them. Aunt Barbie was just a "feel good' kind of person, and I loved her. She will be missed here on earth, but Heaven is going to have a huge blessing coming their way!
