Donna H. Soper, 85, longtime Cedar Rapids resident, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2022, at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Donna is survived by her children, Cindy McKenzie and Jeffrey (Sharlene) Soper; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother, John (Lynn) Darrow. She was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Soper; grandson, Christopher Soper; great grandson, Brenden Schooley, and siblings, Gloria Dirks and Pamela Lux.
Donna was born on September 17, 1937, in Monticello, Iowa to John and Helen Darrow. She married Charles Soper in 1955; they later divorced. She retired from Meth Wick Community after many years. She loved her cats and family; she will be missed.
