I remember Jim from National Oats. I was the Apprentice and he was the Journeyman. I remember when he was working on a case printer and shot himself in the neck and jaw with indelible black ink. He laughed louder than anyone and it took a long time for that stuff to wear off.
Also saw him snip a crushed wedding band from T.P.'s finger after he'd stuck his dumb hand into the sealer bar on a Bartelt machine.
He was a good man

My deepest condolences to the family. I've known Uncle Jim since I was a little kid, always visiting when I lived with Betty's sister, Ruth. Jim was such a warm and sweet person that always had a smile for you. He loved talking about his family and their accomplishments and had such a warm heart he shared with everyone. He loved Aunt Betty dearly and I admired the way he took care of her. Such a good man. He will be deeply missed. My prayers go out to the family.

Uncle Jim was such a bright light. He always had a joke to tell me. I really loved the way he loved my Aunt Betty. He was full of faith and hope. I will miss.him dearly.

I'm so sorry to hear of Uncle Jim's passing. Please give Aunt Betty a large hug from me and Gary. Jim and Betty would come to see Byrdena and Johnny so often and my son, Michael, just loved seeing them. Uncle Jim was such a wonderful caring person. I just loved him.
In case you're not familiar with our relation, Betty is my father-in-law's, John Boysen, sister. I am married to Gary Boysen (one of the Boysen twins).
Again, I'm so sorry for your loss and we are thinking of your family.
