Although it's been years since we actually met up with Jim, we have always looked forward to touching base with him at Christmas and over the phone at other times over the years. We are sorry that you have lost him. We know you will miss his being there with you.

Jim was always my favorite uncle. He had such a good sense of humor and had the loudest laugh in the room. I'd like to think he's crossing the touchdown line now and spiking the ball as he greets his parents and wife at last.

Our daughter married Jay Woodson. When we met Jim three years ago it was like seeing an old friend again. We enjoyed talking to him so much. Listening to all of his stories. Wish we could have enjoyed him longer. Our prayers are with his family and friends. Larry and Joyce Emerson, Cabot, Arkansas

So sorry for your loss. I worked with at Jim at Hy-vee and enjoyed his friendship.

In loving memory of my brother. I miss you.

Jim we will miss a great WOODSON. I will miss our talks and visits. Praying for you'all. Stay strong together for your DAD!

Sherri and family, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you during this sad time.

Jim was always pleasant to be around, just a super nice guy. I am very sorry to learn of your loss. My thoughts are with all the family during this difficult time.

We say goodbye to a wonderful brother-in-law and avid Hawkeye fan. We'll miss your jokes, that twinkle in your eye as you shared your life's stories.

Jim now has the best seat available to watch the Hawkeye games. No ticket required. Condolences to the family.

Dad was a great father and a devoted husband. I miss you already.

Jim was always my favorite uncle, mostly because of his sense of humor. What a great guy to spend time with. Will really miss him and our football talk. I'm even glad the Hawkeyes beat the Huskers last year just to make Jim happy.

My deepest sympathies to all the family in your loss. May God comfort and console you.
