My dearest sweetest Daddy, I miss you more & more every day. You were my guidance, understanding and eternal inspiration. I would like to let all of our kind friends and loved ones know how unselfish, thoughtful, and generous of a man you were. You always put us three girls first. A real man who was not afraid to stand up for what you believed in. A man of class who was a great citizen and caring friend to all who were good to our family. An outstanding husband and father who continued to pursue your education and maintained a consistent rise through the ranks with your growth and status at your business. A great man who taught and encouraged your daughters to be well prepared for the business of life. You taught Vicki and myself by example to be considerate, generous, smart, and show strength and wisdom when faced with the inevitable ups and downs of life. I feel so incredibly blessed and beyond proud to have been your daughter. I'd love to thank everyone who has left a wonderful tribute here and would welcome anyone to contact me personally if they choose to. God bless you Dad and may He keep you safe and loved with Mom, Grandpa and Grandma and the rest of out dear departed family. RIP my best friend, my best buddy, my mentor & insiration. Words cannot convey my sadness. But I will treasure our many long talks these past few years and I know that you will be with me all the rest of my days as I do my best to emulate your character throughout my life actions. Till we are all reunited again one day....your forever grateful and loving daughter, Luanne

My condolences to family and friends.
It has been a lot of years since I talked to Virgil, It seems like the years fly by and you forget to say hello when you get a chance. Roy and Bertha were always stopping by when we were kids, the memories of good times always surface when I think of those days. May he rest in peace.

We were next door neighbors to Virgil and Jeanne for over 40 years. We shared many laughs, played a little basketball, took time meeting at the fence to visit as we shoveled snow, mowed the lawn, rake. etc. Virgil was an all around good guy and Jeanne was always looking for any way she could help with anything. They made a great team. We miss them both and our prayers and thoughts are with their daughters, Luanne and Vicki, and the rest of the family.

I was so sorry to hear that Virgil had died. He and Jeannie were good friends many years ago. We enjoyed playing golf with them and having many meals together. They both were friendly and happy people. I have many good memories of both of them.
