Sharon and family—- I am so very sorry for your loss of Del—- Del was a very kind and caring neighbor. Always a smile and ready to help in any way. Hold those good memories close to your heart. You are in my heart and prayers. Carol Olson

I was incredibly saddened to hear this news. Del was a family friend who started as our neighbor and became our landlord when we had to move. I remember him as a very kind man who greatly helped my Mom and I when we needed it. I will never forget the nice things that my Mom would say about Del. Sharon, Eric, and Jenny, my condolences and warmest wishes go with you all. Thank you for your friendship.

Sharon, Eric and Jenny-thinking of you at this sad time. Delbert was always so friendly and nice to visit. The Pattison cousins lost another good one. May you find peace in all the moments you shared. Hugs, Paula

Sharon, I’m so sorry to hear about Delbert’s passing. You and Delbert were such great friends to my parents Dennis and Ruthann. You have always been supportive of our family and we appreciate you guys so much. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sharon, Eric, and Jenni-I am grateful we had the lovely day together last year at Brucemore and am very sorry that was it for our time with Del. If only there could be many, many more. He was an energetic fellow and I loved his enthusiasm for life.

Sharon. Eric, Jen, My condolences. As you know, I spent many hours at the house on 19th and 4th ave, especially in the driveway playing basketball. Del would also play and grace us with his hook shot. Del was engaging and enjoyed having a conversation - he kept busy with all the rental properties and in addition, employed by local business. He’s fondly remembered.
