I am sorry for your loss. I started working at Collins Radio in 1966 and was his secretary. He was a very nice person to work with. I got married in 1968 and he and his wife came to our wedding. I quit working at Collins then. He had a very interesting life. Cherish the memories.

Came upon Harvey's obituary in the Cedar Rapids Gazette this morning. We attended high school together in 1946 and 1947 at Hillsboro where we played on the basketball team together and had many hotly contested table tennis matches during lunch break. I moved West after and didn't run into Harvey again until about 1957 or 8 in Cedar Rapids when we were both working at Collins Radio, I am amazed at his varied career and had no idea he had spent a great deal of time in the service of his country. Wish I had known he was so close by in his later years. My deepest condolences to his family. Jim

We wanted to let you know we are thinking of you and that you have our deepest sympathy. We all enjoyed Harvey when he brought the trucks in. We gave him a bad time about how often he needed oil changes when he was going back and forth to Missouri. He was a special person to us. Everybody at Wayne Hall Chrysler -- Anamosa
