We knew the Montgomery Family from the Squaw Creek School Days for John & Diane's children. John was a friendly person and always had a smile. He would brighten up your day. We would see him at Hy-Vee and he always came over and talked. We know he will be missed. The wonderful memories will be your strength on the difficult days. Best Wishes Diane and Jodi's and families

So sorry about John passing away! He was one of the nicest men I have ever met! My sympathy to you Diane, and all of your family!

Sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a very nice guy. Scott worked for me in the parts department before going out in the service department and I believe back then is when I met John. He would stop in periodically for service work and one time i remember the 442 sitting back by the wash rack. He was proud of that car. I always think there was a connection with him and Scott when he was there.

Diane and family- so very sorry for your loss. Dad always thought so much of Johnny - another member of the Pepsi family. Johnny was a good man and I pray the memories you have as a family will sustain you in the many days, months & years ahead.

Diane and family: Our deepest sympathy on the loss of Johnny. Diane and my mother were best friends and grew up together. Wally and I were honored to then have Diane and Johnny as our neighbors. We always got Christmas Cards from them after we moved away and so enjoyed meeting up with Diane when we would see her at the grocery store. We are proud to say we knew both Johnny and Diane they were wonderful friends and neighbors!

Diane and family: I was so sorry to hear of Johnny's passing. Dad always called him Johnny. They worked together for so many years at Pepsi and I know when Dad was in the care center, he always enjoyed it when Johnny came to see him. I'm sure Johnny and Dad are back to talking Pepsi in Heaven. God comfort and bless you all.

Sorry to hear of John's passing,I worked at Leidigh's Standard when he was our Pepsi route man. He was always so friendly . Seen him a few years back with his 442 he was so proud of that car.Prayers to the family i am sure he will be missed.

We were very fortunate to call John and Diane our neighbors for 10 years. He was always there if we needed anything his smile and laugh was one of a kind. I remember how he loved working on and taking the 442 to car shows. He was a very kind person. You're in our thoughts and prayers RIP friend.

Johnnie, my big brother, how I will miss you! When we had a family gathering Johnnie would be there even though it was a long drive for him. He loved being with us and we loved being with him. Johnnie never forgot my birthday, I always knew I would get a phone call & card. The earliest gifts I can remember from my childhood were from Johnnie. He was the oldest and I am the youngest of four children. I remember how, all those years ago, my sisters and I looked forward to having an ice cold Pepsi after school. Johnnie always brought us some Pepsi when he came back home to visit. Though we were not ready to let him go, I'm so glad the Lord took Johnnie quickly and didn't let him suffer. I know he is in a place of joy now and has been reunited with Scott. I love you, always and forever, my sweet brother.

What a beautiful tribute!! I've been thinking about the joy he must be experiencing right now - in the presence of our Lord and seeing Scott again!!

I have many fond memories of John and Scott. I especially remember days riding around in the 442 and trips to Missouri, fishing, boating and generally hanging out. John was indeed a kind, caring and friendly person who will be greatly missed. My deepest condolences to Diane, Jodi and family. RIP John and give Scott a great big hug from all of us.
