Bob was one of a few friends/neighbors to attend a memorial for our grandfather Mel Murphy a few years ago in Burlington. Will never forget that. It was always nice to see a familiar face when visiting Grandparents at Orchard Meadows. Condolences to all of Bob's family. Steve & Steffanie Murphy Family

OB (Old Bob, as we called him) is definitely going to be missed by his golfing family at Flint Hills. From the time I met him, we instantly became friends. I will always cherish that friendship. What a super guy and gentleman. I am so glad I got to meet and know him. Bob Schroeder

I considered (old Bob) as his fellow golfers would call him as he was the oldest of our Bobs as a great friend! I will treasure my visits with him at his condo. My family was lucky enough to have him spend a couple thanksgivings with us! A great guy who will surely be missed! George Grimshaw

Bob was a remarkable man. He and my step-mom found each other at a time in their lives where many people would have closed their hearts. Our family is grateful that they enjoyed each others' company during their last years.
