Memorial
Taylor R. Krueger, 12, of Marion, passed away on Saturday, May 31, 2014 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4 from 4 to 8 PM at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Services will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at the chapel. Burial will be held at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Taylor Rae Krueger was born on December 14, 2001 to Ryan and Shawnee Krueger in Cedar Rapids. She was a student at Vernon Middle School in Marion. Taylor enjoyed shopping, arts and crafts, and scrapbooking. She enjoyed being a “mom” to her own mother and younger siblings. Taylor will always be remembered for her strong will and caring ways. She will forever be missed by many.
She is survived by her mother, Shawnee Krueger of Marion; father and step mother, Ryan (Jamie) Krueger of Cedar Rapids; sister, Sydney Krueger of Marion; brother, Jace Krueger of Cedar Rapids; maternal grandparents, Lorrie (Brian) Towle of Van Horne; Tom (Pat) Miller of Springville; paternal grandparents, Doug (Gracie) Krueger of Cedar Rapids; maternal great grandmother, Dorris Gerard of Marion; Maxine (Frank) Willis of Springville; paternal great grandmother, Eunice Ray of Peru, IN; godmother, Becky McKinney of Newhall; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and best friends, Taiylor Fitch and Rayann Vandersee.
Taylor was preceded in death by her maternal great grandfathers, Donald Gerard and Lynn Miller; paternal great grandparents, Robert (Erna) Krueger and Fred B. Ray.
Memorial donations may be directed to the University of Iowa Dance Marathon.
