Jim,
We'll greatly miss Lavonne's smiling face. She always had a twinkle in her eye when you were telling Perry and I "fireman" stories.
take care,
Kim & Perry Valdez

Dear Jim, Tom, Mark & families,

How blessed we are to have known Lavonne. While I was very sad to hear the news, how wonderful for her, that she now lives pain free, in heaven, with Geri. Mom is also sad that she has lost her South English friend. It will seem strange not seeing her smiling face on Sunday mornings. I remember fondly the stories she shared of her grandkids. Mostly I'll remember the last words she said to me a few weeks ago, "Bye...for now". Until we see her again, may God continue to give you strength & His peace in the days ahead.

Dear Jim and family,
Lavonne was a good friend of my mother's and also my friend.
I will miss her smile on Sunday morning and her never ending work with Dorcas Circle and other ways she worked for our church.
I pray that God will put his comforting arms around you at this time.
