I will miss Geri's beautiful style and demeanor. She was such an asset to our church.

To Geri’s loved ones, your heart is heavy, but the fond memories shall endure. Witnessing the warm cordial aura at Geri’s memorial service, I felt a vivid sense of the love in her heart. She will be dearly missed by so many who were fortunate to know her. God Bless!

Our thoughts are with you today and for all of your memories ahead. A mom is such a significant person in our lives and we're thinking of you -especially Jon and Maureen! Brian and Jon have been friends for so many years and we just love you! We will be thinking of you. Brian and Lorna Power

Hello Vrbicek family, I was sooo sorry to find her picture in the obituary column! The Alexander family and Vrbiceks seem to go wayyyyy back. Bruce was so concerned about getting Rob to Drake Relays safely one year , in our car, to compete in the 400 relay. Of course Kennedy won that one. Mark and Scot both extend their condolences. Times are changing, Shirley Alexander

I was saddened to read of your loss of such a loved one. I send my sincere l condolences, prayers, and love to your fine family. We so enjoyed living on Vine Ave. with the Vrbicels family quite a few years ago…….

Sorry for your loss. Your mother and father were a large of part of our lives growing up in Cedar Rapids. We miss your father and will miss your mother. Take pride in the lives that they lived. Chuck Charipar

So sorry for the loss of this great lady! I had two of her grandchildren in preschool and always enjoyed her smile and kind words. She will be missed by many! Pam Menzner

To you all, I join in celebrating Geri's life. Always a kind spirit and a great supporter of her family. She was my idea of a good Christian lady. May God bless you all as you remember her fondly. William C. Jacobson retired educator

So sorry for your loss. I attended church with Gerri and spent many Saturdays with her knitting prayer shawls for our prayer shawl ministry. Gerri was such a kind and loving person. We will miss her!
