Wayne was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.  He will be fondly remembered for his caring attitude and ability to light up the room with his great sense of humor.  He enjoyed bowling, fishing in Colorado, trips to the casino and was a lifetime fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Cubs, and the Dallas Cowboys.  His greatest joy was to gather with friends and family.  Wayne will be forever remembered and missed by all who were fortunate to have known him.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Manor Care and Hospice of Mercy for the care and support.
