I am deeply saddened to hear about your mother’s passing. I lost my father right before last Thanksgiving. My brother in February of ‘21. My older brother-in-law a couple of weeks ago. The bad news keeps coming. I will always miss her. She was so cheerful. Happy. I remember riding in a car with her somewhere and looking down below my feet and seeing the street and highway pavement go by. A favorite memory. Her broccoli and cheese was awesome! Marcella was a great person and it was lovely to know her generous family. I am so grateful for the time they took the whole Jerde family into Chicago for a family member’s wedding. I will keep Marcella in my prayers.
