I offer my condolences to the family of Dick White, your loss is huge. I didn’t know Dick very well, but what a great friend he was to my dad Vic. Their friendship lasted for so many years, my dad knew that Dick was someone he could count on. How kind Dick was to give rides to my dad to their lunch group when he needed them. What a gift Dick was to my dad!

I worked with Dick when he was a district manager at the Gazette. At the newspaper, he went by his middle name of Earl, because we had another manager named Dick. He always wanted to get into law enforcement. I saw him at the police station in the early 90s when I had to get fingerprinted for a job. He was one of the nicest guys I ever worked with. My sympathy goes to his entire family.
