Dina and Aaron, My prayers and condolences are are with you at this time. You both bowled with my children at Jubilee on Saturdays and my mother, Nancy Dlouhy bowled with your grandma . In fact she had asked me a month ago about your grandmother. I remember her from Saturday morning at Jubilee and from the Spring House. She was a sweet and awesome lady. Cherish the beautiful memories. Her love and kindness lives on through the hearts of her family. I am so sorry.

BTW, I posted a photo to Cedar Memorial of Beth & I were at the Iowa Caucus the year President Barack Obama was elected. Tkx. Chris Glover

To Olive "Beth" King's family and close friends, may Beth Rest in Peace. Bethwas a good friend of mind later on in life. She and I both attended the Linn County Caucus the year Barack Obama was elected president. We both were voted onto the 2nd district Caucus & Beth & I both attended the all Iowa Caucus that year. Beth was very proud to be Caucusing her "Very" 1st time (at the very young age of 84)! Beth & I drove together & shared a room together. She was very spry & everyone wanted to talk to her so esencially "I" became popular because of her! She wanted to do more than just Caucus so we toured a bit and as it was just after the "Floods of 2008" we went to see where the waters had just resided in the park. We took some pictures by some of the signs in the park with her beside them. If I can find them I'll forward them on. My condolences and prayers to you all! Beth will be missed by many! Love to you as well.

Thinking of you Dina and Aron. What beautiful words for a lovely lady. Such memories you all will carry with you. Grandmas are amazing people, how fortunate to have her in your lives.
