Jennifer and Brent, I was so sorry to see that your mom had passed. I first met your mom and dad when they helped to start Walnut Hills UMC. They were always generous in offering their home for gatherings before the church was built. They were fun to be around. and helped wherever needed. I remember both of you as you grew up. They were so proud of you. Both of your parents had lives that were too short. Best wishes. Avon Crawford

We were saddened to learn of your Mother's passing! We were just in DesMoines visiting Suzanne and we talked about your Mom wondering where she was. We enjoyed our times with your Mom and Dad when we were in the Limestone Association...seeing each other at Hawkeye games and sharing in your lives as you grew up. I think the last time we saw you both was at your Dad's funeral. You were blessed with wonderful parents! Please accept our sympathy as well as greetings from Suzanne and Kirsten. Blessings to both of you and your families! Marilyn Roverud, Decorah, Iowa

What a surprise how our worlds came together again when our dad moved into Grand Living where Jo Lynne was living. A tough ending for all of us but we know we are all very fortunate to have had such loving, impactful parents in our lives. I cant thank you ,and your moms caregiver, enough for the extra eyes and support your offered our dad while he was in Grand Living. Eternal peace they deserve and now have.

Jennifer & Brent, we were so saddened to learn of your mother’s passing. We always enjoyed running into your parents at a Valley sports event or an Iowa football game. Thinking of you at this difficult time.

I WORKED MANY YEARS AGO WITH JO lYNNE AT DES MOINES GENERAL HOSPITAL IN DES MOINES IOWA. MY HUSBAND WAS SO SICK AND SO MANY THINGS HAD HAPPENED TO HIM AND SHE WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE OFF MY SELF AND MY BOYS. I WAS A NURSE ON 2 WEST.

Brent & Family Joyce and I were sorry to learn of the passing of your Mother. I know she's found peace now. Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers. Joyce and Joe Gitch

Dear Jen and Brent, I was so sorry to learn of the loss of your mother. I enjoyed seeing her at the hospital (I’m a neurologist) and enjoyed knowing your family at Walnut Hills Methodist. I remember seeing you, Jen, as you were starting life in NV. Sincerest condolences to you and your families, Lynn and Steve

It was always a pleasure to chat with Jo Lynn when we met at Indian Hills or Valley events as well as in the cafeteria at Methodist Hospital. She was a lovely lady and a real asset to the Clive/WDM community. I know you will miss her very much. With our concolences, Kathy & Wayne

Jen and Brent, Your mother was a wonderful woman. As your 7th grade social studies teacher at Indian Hills Jr. High, I can recall our parent/teacher conferences, and the tremendous support I received from her. You had great parents, and your lives today reflect that. One of the first things I remember telling all of my classes at the beginning of each new school year was "if you choose to be my friend, we will be friends for life." I have such fond memories of your mother. She was the best. Please contact me so we can catch up.

As I was growing up, Jo Lynn was a very good friend. We took dancing lessons together and she invited me to many of the Rainbow dances. I was so sorry and very sad to hear of her passing. Condolences to her family.
