Dear Bill, Kathy, Dave, Karen and Family, I have fond memories of you all as outstanding neighbors on Alleghany Drive. I am sorry for your loss of Jan and know that the Lord will welcome her with open arms. I enjoy Karen's singing at St. EAS parish where she carries on Jan's singing gift. Jan, you were an angel on earth that we have been so blessed to know. You made our lives better with your presence. Now, God has called you to sit by his side, and we will miss you. We will always remember and love you. Love Andie and Don Vogt

Mr. Quinby, family & friends, Please know that Ms Quinby was my kindergarten teacher at Wright school, mine and the school’s first year in the Cedar Rapids school system. After so many years I would like all to know what a lasting impression this beautiful woman made on my perspective of school. I credit her for much of the early fire I had for school and education. 60+ years later I have fond memories of that first year...Ms Quinby may you Rest In Peace!

Jan was a wonderful woman. Even with her pain and discomfort she was so kind to everyone. I had the pleasure of being able to talk with her so many times at Emery place. She is an inspiration to us all. My aunt and uncle loved getting to see her everyday at Emery. My sympathy to her great family.

Dear Bill and family: Please accept my sympathy for the passing of Janis. I love you Bill! We go back a long way. Janis was a wonderful lady. Lavonne and I so enjoyed our get together in Florida some time ago. I am praying for all of you, knowing Janis is with the Lord! Your friends, Bob and Lavonne Landis
