I had the privilege to meet Bob when he was a member of the IPL Alliant Energy Retiree committee. He was always so sweet and I enjoyed getting to see him. He will be missed.

Aunt Norma, Bob and Nancy Jo.. I too am saddened to learn of Uncle Bob's passing. My condolences to you and yours and prayers.. John 11: 25-26. God bless..

Dear Aunt Norma, Bob, and Nancy Jo: I am terribly sorry to learn of Uncle Bob's passing and I feel your loss, especially with it coming so closely after my mother's passing. My condolences to you and yours, and may God continue to bless your family. Jon Crane

To the family and friends. Having worked in the same building with Bob, we shared considerable time over coffee and lunch. Always pleasant and interesting, Bob would often offer a thought which typically had some significant meaning. One I remember was based on an experience Bob underwent: It is better to visit the bathroom before getting on the elevator rather than waiting to perform the task on the destination floor. With many found memories, I realize I am enriched by having known Bob so well.

Dear Aunt Norma, Bob and Nancy, Jackie and I send our prayers and thoughts to you on the passing of Uncle Bob. He had a very full life and touched many of your lives.

Dear Norma, Robert and Nancy, My family and I are sadden to hear of Bob's passing. We have very fond memories of the family get togethers and miss those times. Our prayers are with you and your families. Take care and God bless you all. Sharon, Ben, Anna Schreckengast and Katy Carberry Schreckengast

Aunt Norma, Nancy, and Bob. so sorry to hear of Uncle Bob's passing. I just know my dad and him are talking planes right now. May God strengthen you at this time.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Bob's passing. In my responsibility of obtaining the fuel for the Duane Arnold Energy Center, I worked closely with the Quality Assurance Dept. of which Bob was an integral member. He was a man of integrity and one you could count on to do the job right. He was a good friend and I will miss him.

Norma I share your loss. When we worshiped at Kenwood I so enjoyed our friendship. Your Bob was a great example in the work field. I send love to all your family,

Norma, I am truely sorry to hear the passing of Bob, You always talked about him on the bus and he was always a nice guy when I seen him. God bless you all

Norma Mom and I are so sorry for your loss. Bob and you were good neighbors to mom. Thinking of you and your family. Julie.

Had many great visits with Bob when we were both in the Cloud Nine Flying club

Bob hired me 31 years ago when Alliant was Iowa Electric. Bob was an unusual Boss. One who explained thoroughly what was expected then empowered you to do your job. Bob never was obnoxious to anyone despite some trying times. A true gentleman and a good Leader. He will be greatly missed. Larry Jenkins

Bob & Sarah: So sorry to read of your loss. Ken Houser Scottsdale, Az.
