Memorial
Daniel L. Wallace, 66, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, October 19, 2017, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids. A visitation will be on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 1 P.M. at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. A Graveside service will immediately follow at 2 P.M. in the Garden of Eternal Love at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
Daniel was born October 3, 1951 to Richard and Maureen (Wennermark) Wallace, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He attended Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids; after high school he attended Pine Ridge Job Corp C.C.C in Chadron, NE. Dan was a fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Cubs, and the Green Bay Packers. He had a great love for music and was very much a part of his life.
Left to cherish Daniel’s memories are his brothers, David, and Steve, his sister Julie Zimmerman and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Larry and Mike Wallace.
The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Salvation Army.
