Went to school with him. Met up with him yrs later when he worked at the city with my late husband Scott. He was a great man. Highly respected . I am deeply sorry for your loss.

To the Hoy Family. My deepest condolences, Mary and I are deeply sorry for your loss. Pete was one of my best friends growing up, with many camping, hiking and fishing trips. we had many adventures and of course misadventures, some great memories. I wish we would have kept in touch better. We moved to Minnesota in the 80s, and only got together a few times after that. He was a good man and a good friend. He will be missed!

I'm sorry to hear of my cousin Pete's passing. I have many good memories of him at family celebrations. We reconnected a few years ago and had some good talks. I wish all of Pete's family and loved ones peace and God's strength. I'll be praying for you.
