Jeanne and Matt- I was so very saddened to read of Mrs. Brandes’ death. She was such a deer sweet lady with a great smile! What a wonderful obituary that so captured her spirit and who she was!

Looking at that smile, I am remembering what a cheerful, kind lady Mrs. Brandes was. Normally, a dentist's office is a scary place for a kid, but I actually loved to go to the office on First Avenue because Dr. and Mrs. Brandes made it feel like visiting my aunt and uncle. My condolences to the Brandes family.
