He was such a loving grandpa. Because of him I was able to learn so much and share so many great times. Because of him I can go to college worry free. I cannot thank him for the wisdom, great times, and kindness he gave me that sticks with me all these years later

Girls, your father was first my boss and then became a dear friend. I learned a great deal from him in business and later in life's problems. He loved you very much and his grandchildren also. Take comfort that he is reunited with your Mother and is free from pain.

Terrie and I shared many delightful times with Bob in the Beach Terrace Condominium in Sarasota, where we all lived in the winter months. He and I shared many aerospace memories. We will always remember Bob for his kindness to us, and his devotion to his extended family Our condolences to his three daughters, and all the grandchildren and siblings.

I was sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. My condolences to Bob’s family. He was a dedicated leader and had a very impressionable manner. But after you got to know him he was very personable and kind at heart.

Our heart-felt sympathy and condolences to Bob's family. Bob was very loyal, focused leader and mentor for those of us that worked with him at Rockwell Collins. He drove the business and its employees to new heights during his tenure. Rest in peace, Bob.

My deepest condolences to the entire family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all. May God keep you strong and united through this tough time. Bob was one of kind, the best person I will ever meet love always~

I worked with Bob for a short time at Collins. Bob was respectful of others, kind, and challenging (in a good way). When I first met Bob, I was intimidated by his serious side but soon learned he was one of the most enjoyable and wonderful executives to work with! I have always remembered Bob with fondness.

Lynn and I were very distressed to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was one of my first senior leaders when I joined Rockwell Collins and I had the very good fortune of working with him most of his final 20 yrs with the company in Cedar Rapids. I and many others learned some very good business lessons and more importantly, life in general, lessons from Bob. He truly had a zest for life and an infectious smile and laugh. His family meant everything to Bob and we all saw his happiness celebrated with Mary Ann and his girls. God bless him and his girls. May he rest in peace.

Always full of life, kind, caring, generous, and tenderly compassionate, Bob blessed our lives, the lives of his girls, their spouses, and all those precious grandchildren. Bob will be greatly missed and is appreciated for the many years of leadership and love of God and worship that he helped support at Peace Church. Most of all, Bob and Mary Ann were both incredibly understanding people who were genuinely and sincerely caring. We are so blessed to have called them both our friends and grateful God allowed them to come to "see the rabbits". So blessed!
