I am so sorry to hear of Lou's passing.
My first memory of Lou is as the little brother of Greg. I went to school in Urbana and it was a small community so you got to know everyone. However, I lost track of Lou until I started working at the Cedar Rapids Chi-Chi's. Lou was waiting tables and was a great guy to be around. He was funny, charming, compassionate and always ready to make a deal! I can remember him paying a bus boy to roll his silver for him so he could go and grab a smoke!
I can honestly say I will never forget Lou. Your family has my prayers.

So sorry to hear about Lou passing. He sure made a big impact in our TRIO program here at Kirkwood Community College. He was a mentor and friend to many of our students.
