I am heartbroken to learn of Sharon’s passing. She was a great friend to Critter Crusaders of Cedar Rapids. Her love of animals was legendary within our organization and rescue community. Messages from Sharon were always a bright spot in my day. I had such admiration for her good heart and positive spirit. Please know that we will mourn her loss. Personally, my heart goes out to all of her family and friends and pets. This is a very sad day. God bless her sweet soul.????

I was shocked when I learned of Sharon’s passing. We were supposed to get together with friends that very day. Sharon and I shared our love for horses. She always talked so highly of her son, Eric. Sharon will be especially missed by all of the Jefferson ladies. I’m so sorry for your loss. Sending prayers to the family.

Dearest Sharon...’With a broken heart I bid you farewell (’only from this earth we shared). We have spent decades of our lives as friends, and these memories will never be forgotten! Your kindness towards others, compassion for the animals of this earth, commitment to your values & beliefs, devotion to friends & love of family will be remembered always. ‘Most of all the unwavering adoration your shared with your only child, Eric, speaks volumes to the goodness of both your lives! Bon Voyage....
