Keith was a blessing to take care of. I enjoyed his and Fran's sense of humor towards each other. I'm glad I got to care for such a wonderful guy. He will be missed by many at CGP. My condolences to Francis and her family.

I was involved with Keith's medical care until four years ago when I retired. Keith was always a pleasant gentleman. He amazed me with his work ethic. He continued to work for the County even up until the time I last saw him. I know he will be missed. He was a devoted husband.

I knew Keith when I was the Director at Linn County Mental Health and Disability Services, working at the Witwer building. I always enjoyed my interactions with Keith. He was pleasant, friendly, kind, and responsible. I retired a number of years ago, but I recognized his picture immediately as a memorable gentleman. I'm sure he will be missed by his family.
