Mary and Family: The loss of this MAN affects all of us that had the pleasure and good fortune to know and understand his character. Always engaging when you crossed paths with him ..... he took the time to "catch up " what was going on in your life and flash that devilish SMILE of his. May all the memories give you strength ---- James Erusha

Mary: So sorry to hear of Dick's passing. I loved his great smile & his way of putting a person immediately at ease even though he had just met you! Just want you to know that you & your family are in Doug & my thoughts during the time of loss!

Dear Mary and family Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of your dear Dick. Always so pleasant and smiling and easy to talk to. My last visit with him was the donut party at Lu’s and we laughed and reminisced on that lovely snowy night. Love to you all.

Mary, we were so sorry to hear of Dick's death. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Kay and Steve Jackson

Dick was so good to me, when I arrived into the Quality Department back in 1978, from California. He was always willing to help me the learn process of working in teams. I appreciated the opportunity of working with Dick, and I send my deepest sympathy to his family.

Offering prayers of comfort to your family.

My sincere sympathies to the Venteicher family. God bless. Chris Jennings

I was so saddened to read of Dick’s death! I hadn’t seen him for a time so I didn’t know that he was ill. He was an incredibly nice guy and was always outgoing and cheerful! He was a great supporter of his kids and grandkids! Please know that you have my deepest sympathy.

We will miss seeing and chatting with Dick at ballgames and family gathering! What a wonderful man to call your father or grandfather! Always made us feel like family! Rest In Peace Dick, we are thankful for our memories with you! Love, Dan and Laurie

Dick was a great brother-in-law and great uncle. We loved him here on earth and will look forward to being united with him in eternity. Kay (Mergen) and Ron Brunoehler

Dear Miller Family, I am so sorry to hear the loss of Dick. He was a great man! A gentle soul and intense fan of my favorite Cubs and also the Xavier High School programs. He will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to the entire Venteicher family. My heart aches for all of you. Dick was such an amazing person. I don’t think I ever saw him without a smile. I will always remember our “knot hole” family tailgating fun! Such great memories full of laughter and love. May you all find peace and comfort in those memories. Dennis and Sheri (Jennings) Miller

Dick was so good to me, a youngster, at work at Rockwell Collins. He was always willing to share his knowledge, and so patient with me as I learned the ropes. When I remember Dick, it is a memory of his perpetual good cheer. I appreciated the opportunity of working with Dick, and I send my deepest sympathy to his family.

John, I was sorry to learn of your father's death. The few times our paths crossed I enjoyed his warm and friendly manner. You are a living testament to his love for his family. Cherish the memories. Phil

So sorry to hear of Dick’s passing. He and Mary were two of the people we met when we first came to All Saints. Dick and Mary were so supportive of their children as they attended All Saints and Regis, where both of us taught. Dick and Mary became very good friends and through them we got to watch Gwen, Laurie, Matt and John grow into great adults. Our prayers are with all of you. Cindy and Dave Glynn

Thoughts and prayers to all. I worked with Dick in the Quality Dept. at Main Plant (80's ?). Remembering his nice smile and quick laughter.
