Ngoai Baccam, 91, was born on May 9, 1929 in Sonla, North Vietnam. She passed away on April 7, 2021 in Hiawatha in her home surrounded by family and love.
She was preceded in death by husband, Chung, and daughter Phiou.
She is survived by her two daughters Dy (France) and Phahoanh (Hiawatha), son Khampanh of Florida, two sisters, Joun (Hiawatha), KhamSith (Houston), and two brothers Heuam (Houston) and Neuf (Houston).
Ngoai had 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She lovingly helped raise her two nieces and great nieces and great nephews. Samantha (Matt) Shock and Dawn (Eric) Strader and their children Tyson, Peyton and Devyn Shock and Mckinzie and Evan Strader.
