My sympathy to Tracy and all the family for the loss of Don. I had the pleasure of going on most of the mission trips to the Rosebud Indian Reservation that Don and Bev led through Marion Christian Church, and helped Don take a truckload of food to the Youth Center out there after Bev had passed. I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed getting to know Don through those experiences. He had a great sense of humor, incredible work ethic, cared for those less fortunate, was passionate about the Lakota people, and had a very devout faith beneath that rough exterior. And he loved his family deeply. He was a blessing to me in many ways, and will be greatly missed by all of us. May the Lord, Great Spirit, and fond memories comfort you in your grief.

We are so sorry to hear of Don's passing. We valued him as a friend and fellow church member. May God grant you all peace and provide comfort in the months to come. Blessings, The Lala's (Donna and Kellie)

Mr. Don & my Daddy worked together at Collins Radio. Their friendship outlasted the work place and carried on for years and years. Our family moved & grew and eventually settled in Mississippi. The distance did not distract the friendship in any way! My parents exchanged phones & visits through the years. We always knew when Daddy was on the phone with Mr. Don because the conversation would last several hours with loud outburst of laughing and all sorts of tom foolery. The best memories are when Mr. Don & Mrs. Bev would visit us. Our parents carried on such that made everyone laugh so hard and resulted in the same card game lasting through the night. I hope your family is able to find comfort through the Holy Spirit and the wonderful memories of Mr. Don.

Sorry to hear of Don's passing. I spent years working with, as well as some earlier time for Don; he was a good man and was well respected by those with whom he touched. I last saw Don at a garage sale, not an uncommon pursuit for him some years ago. Because of the present virus uncertainty, I have chosen to not be present at visitation. My very sincere sympathies to his other friends, associates, and family, I share in your sorrow. Bill Krejca
