Mary and Helen, We are so sorry for your loss. I’m truly sad that we did not stay in contact with Jo and your beautiful families over the years. The memorial service was beautiful and a comfort knowing Jo was surrounded by family and friends who loved her dearly. She had a full and loving life. Rest In Peace Jo and give everyone a big hug! God bless you all and we will keep you and your families in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Steve and Liz Beckman

You have our sincerest sympathy. Jo was a great cousin, always outgoing & pleasant. Remember the day very well when Richard & I were going together and met Red & Jo at the cabin. He was a big tease and she was so outgoing. Please call us, 319-393-5100. Love you.

Helen: At times like this WORDS never seem to do enough or can say enough about a life well lived. Your Mother had a smile to lure you in and then, if you were lucky enough, she made it a point to charm you with her wit and a kindness that came from years of being satisfied with the simple pleasures that we find in life. I will never forget the time I saw her in the office after a snow storm and we started talking about shoveling ; after I got off work, I went over to her house with a shovel and knocked on her door, to get her response of " What are you doing here ". I told her I was shoveling, her sidewalk and porch, like I told her I would; you can imagine how that conversation went. BUT that small event got me an invitation inside for a prized pumpkin bar and a discussion of her upbringing. I was so lucky and blessed to have her touch my life. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your Family; tell your boys I miss them bringing me berries !!! Always - Dr. Jim Erusha

So sorry for your loss. May all your memories be with you always and in your heart.

Dear Mary and Helen, I remember your sweet mom so well. The last time we chatted, several years ago, was at the Hy Vee. Mary, remember when we would make treats in your kitchen to take to Olivet Youth Group meetings on Sundays. Your mom never complained about any mess we'd make. Both your parents were very hospitable to giggly junior highers. Many blessings to Mrs. Snow's family. Sincerely, Linda

Helen, I was sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I remember her, as well as her mother, and how good you were to them both. May you have wonderful memories to console you. Think of you often and hope you and the boys are well. You are among the former patients who I miss most.

Mary, Helen and family, I am so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. You were such good daughters in caring for her over the years. My sympathy to you all. Marilyn
