We are so saddened by the loss of such a great guy.
Joel followed in his Mother's and Father's footsteps from early on, having the drive and determination to always get the job done.
Whether in command of a work crew in 95 degree Iowa summer heat laying asphalt, or whatever the task he was assigned, the job would always get done right and on time.

Sorry about the loss of Joel. I had the honor of working with him a little back in the early 80's. Great guy, smart, hard worker. I'm sure he will be missed.
