Mrs Waggoner was a very dear teacher and she always had a kind word for all. She was my teacher in 6th grade at Garfield in Cedar Rapids, IA, in 1971-1972. She led us in our learning and taught us to make the right choices in our futures. She will be missed!

I am so sorry to hear Mrs Waggoner has passed on. She was my homeroom and math teacher at Garfield in the mid to late 1960s. I really enjoyed her, she had such a special way to learn math. Rest in Peace.
