I am so sorry to hear Mrs Waggoner has passed on. She was my homeroom and math teacher at Garfield in the mid to late 1960s. I really enjoyed her, she had such a special way to learn math. Rest in Peace.

Mrs. Waggoner was my teacher at Garfield, through the years I would run into her. She was always sweet and one of my favorites and one I fondly remember. My thoughts are with you , she was a truly remarkable woman

Mrs Waggoner was my teacher several years back in the 50's and 60's. She was a wonderful teacher and a sweet woman....She will be missed I am sure...God be with her family and friends

Mrs Waggoner was a very dear teacher and she always had a kind word for all. She was my teacher in 6th grade at Garfield in Cedar Rapids, IA, in 1971-1972. She led us in our learning and taught us to make the right choices in our futures. She will be missed!
