I was a friend and next-door neighbor of the Talbott family on Linn boulevard many years ago. We send our condolences and best wishes. Pat McPartland family.

My condolences to his family and dear Friends. We're losing a lot of railroad people and their vast knowledge and stories that go with them.

Our loving condolences to the family. Dick had a smile for everyone and like I told Barb, he has been reunited in Christ's name with his beloved Jo. Our love and prayers went out to you today since we could not be at the celebration of his life.

Ron and I are sorry to learn that our dear (former) neighbor Dick has died. He and Jo were the neighborhood most handsome couple. He was a true gentleman and fun to be around and we all enjoyed them and their great sense of humor at neighborhood gatherings. With sincere sympathy. Patricia and Ronald Gonder

Barb and Jim, our condolences, thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of mourning. We are with you in our prayers, Margaret and JR

I've always admired Dick. He was kind of a mentor for me as I became involved in the C&NWHS.

Heart felt lost of one of the nicest man I have known. Encouraging, Honest, always upbeat. Thank You Dick for your friendship.

A very good friend. We served many years as board members of the CNWHS. we will miss him.

So sorry to read about Dick. I knew him thru Iowa Electric and I always thought he was very nice and a true family man.
