Kristi and family – We are so sorry to learn about Paul’s death, and are so heartbroken for all of you. Sending all of you our love, compassion and friendship during this tragic time.

I am truly at a loss for words, we only now discovered that our neighbor, Paul had passed away. Paul and I would exchange jokes when we were clearing the snow from the sidewalks. Donna and I found Paul to be a cheerful and good-natured soul, we will miss him greatly. Our most heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.

Dear Eganhouse family, I am deeply sorry to hear about you loss. Please know that I will pray that God keeps you near to His comfort as you grieve. My condolences, Sonya Swenzinski

Dearest Kristi and family, My heart is so sadden for your loss,, Words can not express my sorrow. I fondly remember all the good times watching you and Paul grow up. May your memories bring you peace and comfort. Love, prayers and blessings, Mary Ann

Love and deepest sympathies to the Eganhouse family. Kristi, it’s hard to find the words after growing up with you and Paul at All Saints and Regis. As you can see from the comments, the Regis-Xavier community is real....we are here for you and lifting you up in prayer and sending you our love. It was a pleasure to play ball with Paul...a very good athlete. My biggest sporting regret was having Paul open on a halfback pass at Linn-Mar and not getting the ball to him. I always wanted to run into Paul over the years but it never happened. Very heavy hearted about this because we shared a childhood together. I will continue to pray for you all. To Ken, the Schulte family sends its love and condolences to the Eaganhouses at this difficult time.

To the entire Eganhouse family, I extend my heartfelt condolences. From having Paul, Jenny, & Kristi in class at Regis, as well as the girls in cheer and volleyball, there is a closeness that seems to bond the expanse of time of the Regis-Xavier family. There was always the competitive side of Paul that stood out in phys ed classes or the athletics he participated in, but just as admirable was the side where he showed respect, compassion and humor with his classmates. Having had Delaney, Sam and Katie in class recently at Xavier, it is clear to see that his best traits were carried on to his own children. Kristie, my prayers are with you. Hold on to all the years of happiness the two of you shared and know you are loved. Julie Kadlec

Kristi, I'm heart-broken for you and your family. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you, now, or in the future.

Kristi, very sorry to hear of Paul's death. Our prayers are with you and your children during this difficult time.

Paul and his classmate fellow frosh footballers were my 1st exposure to HS athletics. Great competitor and hard worker always striving for perfection. Now I have Kathleen in psychology class who is the same as her father. Very sorry for your loss. Our prayers at Xavier are with you. God Bless.

Sorry for your loss, Paul was one of my favorites from high school.

So sorry for your loss. I so remember him as a bright young man at All Saints. He always had a ready smile. He was always kind to all around him. That smile and generosity carried on as an adult Prayers to all the family.

So sorry for your loss. Remembering Paul and Kristi from our high school days and their constant giddy look when they were around each other. I think Paul kept me challenged through most of my science classes, always keeping a high standard. Enjoyed all the entertainment that he, PJ, Roy, etc provided. Along with his friendly smile, he always carried a sense of peace with him. Prayers for his family.

My thought and prayers go out to you and your family. I met Paul in High School. He was always so nice to me. Some kids were not the nicest in high school but I always remember Paul accepting everyone and making them feel welcome. Sorry for your loss.

My deepest and most sincere sympathies to Paul’s family. I met Paul in first grade. We were very competitive towards each other in sports. You could say we constantly pushed each other to be our best. I’ll never forget the late nights of playing the around the world basketball game or his red face mask freshman year football.

I was deeply saddened by the news of Paul's passing. My heart felt condolences to you and your family.

Kristi and Family, We are so sorry to hear of this terrible news. Please know that you are in our constant thoughts and prayers. You have our deepest sympathies. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything. Kara and Pat Callanan
