Fran was like a second mother to us kids-she loved and cared for us all like her own. She always wore a smile and had a hug for you! She was selfless and always taking care of others. She was a beautiful, vibrant Special lady! I have many fond, cherished memories of her and Uncle Ray as we spent a lot of time with them growing up. When I was upset she was always there with an open ear to listen because she really cared and loved everyone. She had a beautiful laugh and a great sense of humor! She has gone through more hardships in life than anyone should ever have to and still moved forward and stood tall. She was proud and strong! I have great admiration and Love for you Aunt Fran and will miss you dearly! I am happy you are free from pain and in our good Lord's embrace surrounded by Loved ones. Rest in Peace Sweet, Gentle Lady till we meet again. Love you....Julie and Samantha

Franny was my neighbor behind me. I helped look after her, got her mail, took out her garbage, took her shopping or went to get grocerys at the store for her. I would sit and talk with her. She was a great lady ,loved her dearly and will miss her greatly. So long Franny your not suffering any more thankfully. My friend.

Tersea and I have been Friends since elementary school I would spend many weekends with them. I always felt as I was part of the family she was a 2nd mom to me and Ray a 2nd dad. They were the best. That family always made me feel welcomed. Even though as we grew up don't see them much just knowing she has passed breaks my heart her and Ray will truly be missed. God bless the Foley family.

As a boy I knew we were heading to your place if we crossed Ellis Blvd. and continued east past the fire station on E and C Ave. and took a right on 4th St. Though I've been away for over 27+ years, and many of the houses on 4th St. do not exist anymore, I'll continue to feel that "warmth" knowing I'm close to a relative. Thank you so much for the example you portrayed as first a Catholic, a matriarch, an aunt, and straight up mentor to young children, boys and girls alike. You were a Great Aunt to me, but played the part of an Aunt especially since there were weekly meetings on Sundays at 5:15 (Mays City Lanes) and gatherings afterwards, as well as numerous occasions of celebration that I remember as a young person. Thank you for the hospitality you always showed and the hug and kiss you gave me even as a grown man, reminding us of your love for family. I will forever be thankful and will take from you your gifts of compassion and humility (which model St. Francis) that you and Uncle Ray always possessed and spread. May your soul rest in peace now.

Prayers are with your family. She was always a staple at church and I'll remember her for that. God bless.
