Francine was an elegant, classy lady. I enjoyed getting to know her in the 9ners. She was so much fun and had a great personality. May she rest in peace.

Francine was a gift.....a beautiful, engaging woman whom I met at a Passover service I organized, and she became a loyal, complimentary friend from that moment on. I so enjoyed knowing Francine and worried about her absence during her medical struggles . Even as she became fragile, she retained her lovely persona, and I will always think of her with gratitude and fondness! May her memory always be a blessing! Joanne McGillis

At The Club at Morningside many of us referred to her as Francine. She had a wonderful zest for life and was a special lady. When she couldn't play golf anymore she still joined the women's group and came to the social events so as to not miss anything. She will be missed. This was one classy woman. Dale Rotner

It has been my great pleasure to have known Francie for all the years she has lived at Morningside. She was always cheerful, kind and sweet. We both belonged to the Lady 9-holers group and shared many social functions. It was always a joy to be with her and she will be greatly missed by not only me but many in our community.

I have very fond memories of Francie and Sammy, who were, like their whole extended family, always very sweet and kind to me and mine. On behalf of all of the Neumans, including my father, Rabbi Isaac Neuman, we extend our condolences and prayers to the whole Cohn family. It is especially sad to mark the passing of this last of her generation--one noted for its philanthropy, civic-mindedness, and community leadership.

A generation of Cohn's comes to rest. No doubt Sammy Cohn is waiting to see you with open arms. We love you. Jeff, Jennifer, Nathan & Emily,
