Patty E. Serovy passed away on August 17, 2026, in Cedar Rapids. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2026, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Cedar Memorial Park Stateroom in Cedar Rapids. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, 11:00 am, August 20, 2026, at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Interment will be private.
She was born April 7, 1958, in Cedar Rapids, IA to Clifford and Donna (Van Natta) Tharp. Patty worked on the assembly line for Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids for 40 years. She was a member of IBEW local 1362. Patty enjoyed traveling with family, camping and making everybody’s favorite meals. She loved to spend time with his family and was loved by all.
Patty is survived by her husband, Craig; children, Nicholas (Rhonda) Serovy and Melinda (Cody) Kreis; Kinsley and Kashton Kreis and Brighton, Savanah and Lynley Serovy; and mother, Donna Tharp.
She is preceded in death by her father Earl
