Don was a Guardian Angel to my Sister in law, Samira and her sons Yusef, Nezaar & Kareem after my brother Yusef passed away. No words can express our heartfelt gratitude for his thoughtful, kind care and guidance. Don & Marilyn were neighbors who treated them like family. Your family is in our prayers. God Bless and Rest His Soul. Fatima Smejkal

Kristen - Our condolences to you and your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time💕🙏

Marilyn, All of those wedded years of love is a beautiful legacy. I am holding you close in my thoughts and hope your cherished memories bring you peace during this incredibly difficult time. Your love story is one for the ages. I can only imagine how deeply you will miss him. And I also miss the "good old days" when you were a nurse along side our best team and times ever. With heartfelt sympathy - Donnie

I am so sorry for this huge loss in your family. I know those words don't do anything to help the hurt and morning that is ahead. The one great thing we do know is he is in heaven with our Lord and savior and is rejoicing in that no more pain or discomfort just rejoicing with his loved ones in the eyes of the Lord

We worked with Don for many years at the Big G. He would always stick around after line calls and then stop back later to make sure everything was still running well. When asked to help with TPM classes, Don always helped with the training. After we retired Don and his wife sat in front of us at The Broadway at the Paramount shows, he always had a story to tell. Our condolences to the family.

One of the nicest humans I have ever met. Always had a smile on his face and something to tell you. He was an amazing man. Marilyn, Dave & Kristin, I want you to know how terribly sorry I am for your loss. May the many, many memories bring you through the hard time. Love to you all!
