I remember when Shannon was born. The last time I seen him he was much older I was visiting from Florida where i have lived most of my life. I was telling him about how I knew him. He was so smart even as a little kid. My heart goes out to his family. I just lost my Dad. He got the jab...I told him not to. I was his favorite child. He raised a strong son. Im fine. I miss him terribly. Barnie and Kelly you are such great people. Im very sorry for your loss. Omg he was so young. I will b 57 soon.

Shannon was one of my favorite people I met in my early 20's - along with a "gaggle" of other Prairie grads who are still some of my best friends. He always had me laughing, made sure I was only dating quality guys - and would let me know if he disapproved - and some of my most favorite memories are with him and James when we were in a band together. He was a wonderful musician and an even better friend.
Watching the joy he had as a dad and husband was even better. Words cannot express how much he will be missed by so many.

I first met Shanon when I was 19. We became friends instantly. We bonded over music and movies and art. He played a pivotal role in my journey. I’ll never forget that.
