Our Iowa vs Iowa State rivalry will never be the same. Barb has been my friend for over 20 years, and I enjoyed the battles to see who would win a game. She was a great leader at work, NCMA, and alumni watch parties. She was a passionate friend to everyone she met. Go Hawkeyes!

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Barb for a few years while our department started our smoke alarm initiative in Sun City. I loved her enthusiasm, energy and willingness to help. I was blessed to have had Barb as a music teacher back in the day, and then had the pleasure of working with her as an adult.
