Jerry, it was SO good to see you at the visitation yesterday. Faith life church is beautiful. I’m sorry we had to meet again under the circumstances. JoAnn always had big smiles for me at Home Depot holiday parties and also Kernels games. You both have a lot to be proud of; 55 years of marriage is pretty incredible, especially in this day and age. I will remember JoAnn and you, in prayer. Over time, may you find peace within your grief. I could tell yesterday you have a large circle of support & am glad for that. Take care my friend. Your friend from Home Depot and beyond, Craig

I was a classmate of JoAnn’s and i now live in Indiana. I always came to visit her and Jerry when I was back home to visit. She kept us all informed of any news of our classmates. She was so proud of you all and we would exchange information about our families. JoAnn was a sweet and caring friend. You all have lost a loving mother and role model. Judy

Jerry, Matt and family, I want to express my sorrow and deepest sympathies on the loss of your (our) dear JoAnn. JoAnn, in her life, embodied the best in all of us. She truly loved each and every person she came into contact with. She made each one of us feel special. I will miss her 'Hartwig laugh', her sense of humor, her loving kindness, and radiant smile, and larger than life presence. She taught us how to live and be gracious in pain. Godspeed dear cousin!

We were lucky. Joann and Jerry have been long time delightful neighbors of ours and JoAnn will be missed. So sorry for your loss, Jerry. Prayers to the entire Kriegel family.

Prayers to the Kriegel Family I think her husband Jerry was a foreman at Cedar Rapid Inc and worked under him there I am sure she will be missed sounds like a really nice lady sorry for your loss Jerry
