Janes heart was full of love for her family, including her brothers-in-law Jon McWhinney and Erv Kelzenberg, along with many nieces and nephews and friends, too many to mention. Jane life was marked with unwavering devotion to her Catholic faith and her Irish heritage. After 2 years at Coe College, she met the love of her life, John, while working at National Oats Company. They were wed and exchanged vows at Immaculate Conception church, on October 13, 1956.

Janes kindness and compassion touched the lives of all her knew her. She never uttered a harsh word toward anyone and approached each person with love and understanding. As a mother, wife, sister, and mother-in-law and grandmother, she set an example of grace and love that will be cherished forever.

The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Michelle Simoneau of Marion, for her exceptional care and friendship over the years, as well as to the staff at Valley View Village for their unwavering dedication and support during the last 2-1/2 years of her life.
