Luann, while we have never met, I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Alorica - including our current project that was to wrap up later this month. We used to laugh about our names both beginning with "Jeffrey" and two different spellings of "Allan" (his middle name) and "Alan" (mine). He was incredible, and we are all better because of him.
