To the Wise Family, We have so many wonderful memories of the family, but especially of Ed and Edie from our time together at First United Methodist Church. Most of all we remember marriage encounter weekends and times when the ME group met each month. Our favorite memory is of you, Edie telling about tbe time that you hit the counter top with a pan. I knew I sometimes did things like that, but NOT you, Edie. It helped us in our marriage so much because we learned that relationships don't have to be perfect, but just made with lots of love and forgiveness. We have always looked up to you and Ed and we have always admired your relationship. We often said, "If only we could be like Ed and Edie." Joe, I remember playing softball with you until I got too old! Ha! And Chrissy, Steve remembers you from high school and when you helped with JR! Our love and sympathy goes to the whole family! In Christ's Love, Deb, Steve, and JR Streff

Christina: I am sorry to hear that your father has passed away. As a Contract Manager at Rockwell Collins, I worked with your father a lot as he wrote technical manuals that supported the products being sold. Those manuals were critical to the customers’ experiences with Collins. I really enjoyed that and always had a good experience. Condolences to you and your family from Debby and me. Mike Dupree

My condolences to Ed's family and especially Christina who has assisted with Collins Museum activities the last few years. Ed wrote the technical manuals for several pieces of Collins equipment that I was design engineer on. He was an excellent writer with high standards for accuracy and completeness. Many customers commented on the high quality of those manuals.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

So sorry to read of Ed’s passing. My sincere condolences
