Mary and Jim were always so welcoming and interested in the welfare of those in need. I so appreciated their commitment to the community of Cedar Rapids and the institutions of education, especially Mount Mercy University and Catherine McAuley Center. Keeping the family in prayer as you grieve the loss of both Mary and Jim.

Mary was a very kind and caring lady. I always enjoyed our talks and will miss her greatly. Years ago I was the children's babysitter. Jim and I miss the Bradley couple. Our sympathies go out to the whole family for the loss of Mary.

To Mary and Jim's family: Mary was such a delight! Ron and I loved the twinkle in her eye as she talked about her family but also when she was teasing Jim. Her obituary is wonderfully written, capturing the story of her life while also capturing the essence of her persona. Our sympathies are with all of you as you mourn her loss and the hole it leaves in your hearts.

Jan I am so sorry for your loss. Mary was such a lovely lady. Jim adored her and would move mountains to see that she was happy. She will be missed.

I never met Mary, but I have met her daughter Jan, and I work with Jan's husband Giacomo. After reading about Mary's life, I now understand more about the source of warmth and loving nature of her daughter and son-in-law. If all of us could live a life like Mary, what an accomplishment that would be. My deepest condolences to Mary's family and friends.

To the Bradley family: Please accept my condolences on your loss. It is never easy losing someone you love. Hold on to those memories, continue to hear her voice and don’t ever stop talking to her. She is with you always. I hope that comfort and peace come to you. I know that she will truly be missed. She was a great mother and wife and loved by all. Prayers for your hearts to heal. You are in my prayers and thoughts. May God bless all of you. Jim Voss

For years we had the pleasure of our paths crossing with the paths of the Bradleys.....lots of great conversations and laughter smiles and friendship...so sad to see that Mary is no longer on earth but happy for her to be in Heaven with all her loved ones. She will never be forgotten.... She was also in my Quester group and Peo plus Church circles and discussion groups with both Mary and Jim.Gene had enjoyed knowing Him in the legal circles....lots of smiles remembering. It was especially fun when we both had children that graduated from Regis College in Denver.....RIP Mary
