Tom was an active member of our gold prospecting group. I fondly remember talking with Julie and Tom at our monthly meetings. There was not any type of rock or mineral Tom couldn't identify. Tom always had time to share his knowledge with his follow members. He was someone I am proud to have known. Deepest condolences to Tom's family from the Iowa Chapter of GPAA

Julie, I am deeply saddened by Tom's passing. Our world will be very different without him. Tom was one of those people that once you met him, you would never forget him. Big hearted, soft spoken, patient and kind is how I would describe Tom. Our deepest sympathy to you and your family from me and the Coulee Rock Club in La Crosse WI.
