So sorry for your loss. My mom and dad were Glenn and Darlene Schuller and were good friends with Steve’s parents and I went to school with Terry. We have contributed to the fund for a dock in his name.

Joan, Jenny, Steven & family. I am sorry for your loss. There is way to replace a loved one. I know that every time I wet a line, tie a jig or see a bobber go down, I well remember the friendship of Steve. I alway wanted to be half good a fisherman he was.
Like yours, my heart is broken at his loss.
I send you all my love.

I am so sorry to hear of Stevens passing. Growing up Steven and Joan were amazingly kind and generous. I remember Mr. Dolezal telling us in high school “these are the best years, enjoy every minute of them!” And he was always there promoting and supporting us girls. May great memories comfort you now and the days ahead. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To the whole Dolezal family,
You are all in our thoughts and prayers especially the grandsons. We have had the privilege of knowing the whole family for the past few years and on many occasions have enjoyed my conversations with Steve when he would pick up the boys! They were always so excited and I saw the joy on his face when they would run to him! Holding you all close in my heart and praying you may feel Gods arms around you all as he welcomes Steven home.
With sympathy,
Mrs. Fall and your Kiddi Kollege Family

We are so very sorry for your loss Joan. Heaven gained an angel, but it's not right he was taken from you so soon. It makes the last fishing trip at Arrowhead so much more special and we're so thankful for that time with you both & Terry/Joyce. We pray those past treasured memories of your adventures together help to mend your heart. Our thoughts are with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. I went to school (LaSalle) with Steve. He was a great guy and we had many good times. He got to know my boyfriend, (later to become my husband) who went to Prairie. Unfortunately, we lost contact after school, but that did not lessen my fondness for him. I’m sure he will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and the community. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. My prayers are also with Joan for recovery from her injuries.
(My husband also worked with Steve’s dad.)
