Dennis Dee Thompson (a.k.a. D.T.) passed away on Wednesday September 1, 2021. Dennis was born on July 24, 1951, the son of William (Bill) & Carol Lee (Walton)Thompson. Survivors include a daughter Misty (Thompson)Carson, a son Michael Thompson. 3 grandchildren, Shane (Karlee) Carson, Kyler Henderson, and Emmy Thompson, 2 great grandchildren Gannon and Rowen Carson, a sister Barb Brislawn, an aunt, Bonnie Walton, and special brothers Dusty (Diane) Swyers and Mike Winslow, as well as many nieces and nephews and close friends.
Denny's life’s career was driving semi however the true love of his life was riding his Harley with his brothers. He had many different hobbies in his life that ranged from taking fishing trips to Canada and playing on the men’s softball league for Troy Mills (where he was known for hitting home runs!). In his later years he was on a bowling league. DT was a brother to a few and friend to many.
Denny was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Suzette Sherrets, his grandparents Carl & Wilma Walton, an aunt Zona (Gene) Holub, and an uncle Coy Walton.
