Donna Ruth (Miller) Wiley, 93, of Cedar Rapids died on February 23, 2021 at Meth-Wick Woodlands. Private graveside services will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery in Covington officiated by Rev. John Greve of Grace Episcopal Church. Arrangements entrusted to Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel.

Survivors include her children, John (Kathy) Wiley of Walford, Dennis Wiley and significant other Judy Miller of Waverly; Lynn (Bill) Cooper of Cedar Rapids, Patty Bryant of Cedar Rapids; 13 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Carol Wiley of Fort Dodge and Gladys Dyal of Cupertino, CA; numerous nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John T. Wiley, daughter-in-law, Cheryl Wiley, son-in-law, James Bryant, and brother and sister-in-law Tom and Pat Miller.

Donna was born on September 9, 1927 in Cedar Rapids, the daughter of Ross and Ruth (Owen) Miller. She graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1945. On January 19, 1947 she was united in marriage to John T. Wiley. He preceded her in death in 2015. She was a member of the El Kahir Shrine Ladies Auxiliary, and a life-long member of Grace Episcopal Church.

Donna enjoyed dancing, gardening, knitting, playing cards, and time with her beloved family. She will be forever remembered for her delightful laugh and devious sense of humor.
